Your Deel Contract Explained
Ruzora uses Deel as our Employer of Record (payroll and compliance" data-es="Empleador de Registro" style="border-bottom: 2px dashed #d97706; cursor: help; position: relative;">EOR) to manage contracts and payments for placed engineers. This means Deel handles payroll, tax compliance, and benefits in your country.

Payment Schedule
Payments are processed monthly through Deel. You’ll see them appear in the Payments section with full details including exchange rates, fees, and target currency amounts.
