How to Submit a Referral
Navigate to the Referrals section in your Developer Portal. Fill out the form with the candidate’s name, email, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note about why you recommend them.
Our system calculates a quality score based on completeness — the more detail you provide, the higher the score and faster the review.
Reward Structure
When your referral is successfully placed, you earn $500. You can track reward status (Pending, Approved, Paid) directly in the Referrals dashboard along with your conversion rate and total earnings.
Tips for Successful Referrals
Provide as much detail as possible about the candidate’s skills and experience. A strong recommendation with LinkedIn profile, GitHub URL, and specific skills significantly increases placement chances.
Engineers with experience in Python, React, TypeScript, and DevOps are especially in demand.
